Scared About the Building Process?
Maybe you're more than scared - maybe you're terrified. Or do you just feel a
vaguely-defined sense of dread in the pit of your stomach? You aren't alone. And
you've come to the right place to help you banish those feelings.
Most people don't get into a lot of building projects in their lives. Many do it
only once. And if you've done it before, it may have been long enough ago that
what you learned no longer applies. Or maybe it didn't go so well. Everybody
knows somebody who has had a bad experience on a building project - your
co-worker, your dentist, your brother-in-law, whomever. It cost way more than it
was supposed to, it took forever to get done, the workers trashed the property,
the roof leaked, the floor squeaked, the temper peaked.
If any of that describes you, we have good news. It doesn't have to be that way.
We won't promise to make building completely stress-free - there's too much
money involved, and the decisions are too final, to be taken lightly. But with
proper planning and communication, and teamed up with the right builder, going
