Scared About the Building Process?
Maybe you're more than scared - maybe you're terrified. Or do you just feel a
vaguely-defined sense of dread in the pit of your stomach? You aren't alone. And
you've come to the right place to help you banish those feelings.
Most people don't get into a lot of building projects in their lives. Many do it
only once. And if you've done it before, it may have been long enough ago that
what you learned no longer applies. Or maybe it didn't go so well. Everybody
knows somebody who has had a bad experience on a building project - your
co-worker, your dentist, your brother-in-law, whomever. It cost way more than it
was supposed to, it took forever to get done, the workers trashed the property,
the roof leaked, the floor squeaked, the temper peaked.
If any of that describes you, we have good news. It doesn't have to be that way.
We won't promise to make building completely stress-free - there's too much
money involved, and the decisions are too final, to be taken lightly. But with
proper planning and communication, and teamed up with the right builder, going
through a construction project can actually be … enjoyable. You get to exercise
creativity; you see your dream home take shape, or your home vastly improved, or
your business grow. The process of teaming up with a builder to successfully
complete such a project can be very rewarding.
If you find that hard to believe, call our references - please. And/or, read the
testimonials on this website. You see, we recognize that, when we sign a
contract to start a construction project, we're starting a relationship. A
professional relationship, to be sure - but hopefully more than that. We respect
the fact that you're trusting us with one of your most valuable possessions -
your home. (Or in some cases, your business, which is also extremely valuable.)
We appreciate that, and take our responsibility seriously. We're proud that many
of our client-builder relationships have evolved into genuine friendships
lasting far beyond the life of the project.
We understand that you'll have to make a lot of decisions, and we'll take the
time to get you the information you need to make wise decisions. We don't treat
your home like our own homes; we treat it better than we treat our own homes.
The work that we do there will tell a story about our skill and commitment to
our trade. We want that story to be a complimentary one, from the day we start
until long after we've left.
So team up with Full Circle for your building project. And then when your
dentist starts to tell you about his building nightmare, you can say, "Huh,
that's funny … it wasn't that way at all for me."
